Cinta bisa datang di mana saja dan pada siapa saja. Saat itu, Sigi sedang berusaha melarikan diri dari kejaran geng Piratez pimpinan Gery (Reza Rahadian). Gery cukup kesal dengan kelakuan Sigi yang kerap melaporkan tindakan-tindakan ilegal yang ia lakukan bersama gengnya ke polisi. Pada saat melarikan diri dari Gery dan anak buahnya, tanpa sengaja ia bertemu Ramya. Ramya yang tak tahu pokok masalahnya, berusaha menyelamatkan Sigi.
Selain masalah dengan geng Piratez, Sigi juga punya masalah lain yang cukup mengganggunya. Yakni desakan ibunya agar ia segera menikah. Akhirnya Sigi memilih menikah dengan Ramya. Ramya yang sebelumnya berharap setelah menikah Sigi akan menjadi sedikit lebih lembut, harus mengubur harapannya. Karena Sigi tetaplah galak, sama ketika menjalani profesi sebagai debt collector. Dengan berbagai cara orang lantas berusaha mengaitkan hari khusus ini dengan ungkapan kasih sayang entah pada sang kekasih atau pada teman dan keluarga. Tanpa di sadari, di balik hari spesial ini sebenarnya ada satu beban yang dirasakan orang-orang saat tanggal 14 Februari makin mendekat.
Saat tanggal 14 Februari makin dekat, orang-orang pun mulai mempersiapkan diri untuk membuat hari ini jadi spesial. Mereka tak ingin hari yang satu ini terlewatkan begitu saja seperti hari-hari biasa dan saat waktu mulai semakin pendek maka beban yang ada di pundak pun terasa semakin berat.
